ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The apartment will be ready at 5.00 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 9.00 am. We need this time frame to clean the apartments for the arriving guests. Thanks for your understanding.
In case of late arrival, please give us a preceding communication!

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After receaving your written booking confirmation and a deposit (to agree) per apartment the booking is considered firm. The deposit can be paid by postal order or by bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 1 month before your expected arrival, cancellations or modifications are free of charge. For cancellations from 1 month to 7 days prior to arrival we will charge 70% of the total price. For cancellation within the last week before arrival and on premature departure, belated arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the total package price.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with our travel cancellation insurance you are protected against financial loss. According regulations, a cancellation free can be charged in the case of late arrivals, early departures or non-compliance. In order to protect you from such expenses, we recommend you complete this travel cancellation insurance , so "Europäische Reiseversicherung" traves insurance will cover these costs.
